OSHA 10 for Construction (Including Cal/OSHA Regulations)

This officially recognized OSHA-10 Hour Construction course covers industry safety and health hazard recognition and prevention for workers, foremen, job supervisors and anyone involved in the construction industry. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention. This course also introduces Cal/OSHA standards where applicable. Topics addressed include:
  • Introduction to OSHA Inspections
  • Citations & Penalties
  • Fall Protection
  • Electrical Safety
  • Struck by & Caught in/between Hazards
  • Person Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Health Hazards in Construction

Competent Person Fall Protection

 This one-day course covers Federal and State fall protection requirements. Participants get to explore active, passive and alternate fall protection systems in detail, as well as hands-on training with fall protection equipment. 

 Course topics include:
 Fall protection fundamentals, anchorage requirements, system inspections, proper care & use of equipment, fall hazard recognition, fall protection plans, lifelines, basic rescue/first aid, and more.
